Welcome to Vaiyuh's prelaunch waitlist. By submitting the form on vaiyuh.com or otherwise interacting with the site, you agree to these terms.

1. Nature of the waitlist

This site collects expressions of interest before Vaiyuh's app launches. Joining the waitlist does not:

Create any contractual relationship between you and Vaiyuh
Guarantee you access to the platform when launched
Entitle you to any service, feature, or financial benefit

We may launch on any schedule, or not at all. We reserve the right to admit waitlist members in any order or to decline anyone, at our sole discretion.

2. Accurate information

You agree to submit accurate information about yourself or your business. We may remove submissions that appear false, abusive, automated, or spam-like, at our sole discretion.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Submit false or misleading information
Use the site for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to disrupt, attack, or reverse-engineer the site
Submit on behalf of someone else without their consent

4. Intellectual property

The Vaiyuh name, logo, design, copy, and content remain our property. You may not reuse, republish, or create derivative works without our written permission.

5. Limitation of liability

We provide this prelaunch site "as is", with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vaiyuh, its founders, employees, and partners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of this site or your participation in the waitlist.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from your use of this site or these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material updates will be reflected here with a new Last updated date. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance.
